Students are encouraged to search through the HHS site to find answers to questions they might have about school policy, procedures, events, sports, activities and news. They are further encouraged to use teacher web sites and other internet resources to aid in their academic and personal success here at Heritage and beyond.

Students find time to run to local eateries to grab lunch or a snack. Aspen Grove shopping center was a favorite with Starbucks, Noodle & Company, Panera Bread and Cafe de France just five minutes away. The Apple Store was also a favorite for those who liked to browse for the latest iPod accessory or catch a WiFi connection.

A new combined degree program is being offered by the University of Colorado Denver that gives high school students the opportunity to "reserve" a spot at the University of Colorado School of Medicine immediately following high school. The deadline for fall 2010 admission is December 15, 2009.
