The Student Government at Heritage High School represents the wishes and concerns of the students through a democratic representative process to the community, school, administration, and staff.  In addition, Student Government provides a vehicle for students to learn and teach leadership skills through national, state, league, district, and all-school events.

Every student who wishes to be involved in Student Government, either the Leadership Class or the Student Government Advisory, MUST complete the following application and return it to Kristi Brethauer by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. This includes current members since they are not automatically readmitted.

Please print out the following documents and return all necessary paperwork to Ms. Brethauer's mailbox in the Main Office.

Incoming freshmen can have their teachers send their recommendations to Ms. Brethauer via email, mail or the LPS Pony (intra-school mail service).

Cover Letter: read over for pertinent information
Instructions for Leadership Packet: read over for pertinent information and due dates
Election Packet: fill out and return the information
Contract: Initial and sign and have your parents sign 
Teacher Recommendations: Print out 4 copies to give to your current core teachers. You may also give a copy to another teacher,coach, sponsor or employer.
